Cookies Policy

NewsRadars.org uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site usable, secure and to understand how it's used. This page explains the cookies we set and how to control them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website saves on your device. It lets the site remember your preferences (selected language), keep you logged in across pages, and measure how the service is used.

2. What cookies we use

We use only essential categories plus optional simple analytics. Full list:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — for site function: selected language, authenticated session, CSRF protection. Cannot be disabled without making the site unusable.
  • Preference cookies — remember your options (display mode, time zone). Set without a unique identifier.
  • Analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics, Plausible or equivalent) — aggregate measurements without individual identifier or profiling. Data is not sold.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or behavioral profiling cookies.

3. Third-party cookies

Some integrated services may set their own cookies when you use them:

  • Stripe — on the checkout page, for fraud detection and secure session.
  • Vercel — for optimized app delivery and anti-bot protection.

These cookies are governed by each provider's own policies.

4. How to control them

You can manage cookies from your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent authentication or certain site sections from working.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Current version is marked with the date at the top. For any question, write to contact@newsradars.org.
